By accessing or using the Jazzy Turf website and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Jazzy Turf provides artificial turf cleaning, pet odor removal, and turf rejuvenation services for residential and commercial properties in the Coachella Valley, California.

All service appointments are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for any property that we determine is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our service area.

Quotes provided through our website or Smell Score tool are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site at the time of service.

Square footage, turf condition, and other factors may affect the final price. Any discrepancies between the estimate and the on-site assessment will be communicated before work begins.

Seasonal Maintenance plans (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual) are recurring services billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions begin 30 days after your initial service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle — any service already scheduled will be completed as planned.

Appointments can be scheduled online or through the Customer Portal. We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling an individual appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring subscription payments are billed automatically per your selected plan.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the turf areas to be serviced, including securing pets and clearing the area of hazardous objects before our arrival.

Jazzy Turf is not liable for pre-existing damage to turf, landscaping, irrigation systems, or property. We will notify you of any visible concerns before beginning work.

Jazzy Turf's services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described therein to provide and improve our services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
